Gates of Alavy shrine open for pilgrims

HOLY NAJAF, Iraq: Marking Al-Mab’ath An-Nabavy Ash-Sharif on Rajab 27 that fell this year on Friday, gates of holy Haydari shrine were opened for pilgrims after its closure for more than a week.

The holy gates were closed in protest against its desecration at the hands of men of Moqtada As-Sadr.

Visitation to Al-Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in night and day of Rajab 27 is highly recommended by holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his holy progeny).


Haydari shrine still closed in protest

HOLY CITY OF NAJAF, Iraq: The holy Haydari shrine in the holy city of Najaf is closed for the fifth continuous day in protest against desecration of its dignity at the hands of followers of Moqtada As-Sadr, Al-Najaf news reported.

Moosavi flays Najaf shrine sacrilege

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has said that bright moon of the sky of wilayat and imamat Hazrat Imam Moosa Kazim (A.S.) was the symbol of determination and courage whose life was replete with supporting the oppressed and confronting with the oppressors.
