SAMARRA, Iraq: The head of the Supreme Council
for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq, leading group in Iraq
government, Abdul Aziz al-Hakim outlined a four-step process
that would restore law and order in Iraq.
In a published interview in The Washington Post on Tuesday, He
voiced strong support for the prime minister's program to
bring Iraq's various factions together to reconcile their
differences through dialogue and said it was the first of the
four steps essential to restoring security.
The second step of his plan, he said, was to “strengthen the
government and its agenda for fighting terrorism.”
Third, was rebuilding the Muslim Holy shrine of Imam Ali Naqi
Al-Hadi and Imam Hasan Al-Askari (peace be upon them), 10th

(peace be upon him and his pure progeny), in the northern city
of Samarra, revered by both Sunnis and Shiites, that was
destroyed on February 22 by Al-Qaeda bombs, according to the
Iraqi government.
Hakim said, that Maliki’s administration “should rebuild the
shrine and protect pilgrims there ... from all sects.”
Finally, Hakim said Iraqis should arm themselves and form
their own defense committees to protect their home and
neighborhoods from violent groups.
His comments came on the eve of a meeting here Tuesday between
US President George W. Bush and Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki
focusing on how to strengthen security in Iraq.

more you make use of knowledge ,the more it increases . what you
get through wealth disappears as soon as wealth disappears but
what you achieve through knowledge will remain even after you."MORE
