Over 33 worshipers, Imam Kazem (A) pilgrims martyred

BAGHDAD, Iraq: Terrorists martyred at least 17 Iraqi followers of Ahl-ol Bayt (A) after kidnapping them in Al-Azamiyah, while they were on their way to pay visit (make pilgrimage) to the holy shrines of Al-Imam Mousa bin Jafar Al-Kazem (A) and Al-Imam Muhammad Taqi Al-Jawwad (A) in Al-Kazemiyah.

Signs of torture were seen on their dead bodies and bullets were fired in their heads.

Separately, a powerful bomb blast during Friday prayer at a husseiniyah in Sanjar, Mosul, left at least 16 worshippers martyred and 50 other wounded.


Over 67 pilgrims martyred, hurt in Iraq shrine blast

KUFA, Iraq: A bomb in a minibus exploded near the holy shrine of Sahabi Maitham At-Tamar (may Allah be pleased with him) in the southern Iraqi holy city of Kufa martyring over a dozen pilgrims and wounding more than 55. A mosaic-lined wall of the shrine was also damaged.
