Security further beefed up in Karbala after Kufa attack

HOLY CITY OF KARBALA, Iraq: Following a powerful suicide bomb
attack in the holy city of Kufa on Tuesday which left more than 45
martyred and over 85 injured, security has been further tightened in
the holy city of Karbala.
This was stated by spokesman for Karbala police.
Last month, several bomb explosions near the holy shrines of Al-Imam
Al-Hussein (AS) and Al-Abbas (AS) rocked Holy Karbala leaving hundreds
of innocent pilgrims and worshippers martyred and wounded.
