Mabath-ur-Rasul (s) celebrated in Damascus

DAMASCUS, Syria: A grand celebration was held in Damascus marking the auspicious occasion of Mabath-ur-Rasul (saww), or annunciation of the Prophet Muhammad (saww) of his prophethood on Rajab 27.

The program, attended by religious scholars, intellectuals and faithful, took place at Hawzah Ilmiyah Zainabiyah.

Addressing the celebration that opened with recitation of Quranic verses, Sheikh Jalal Ma’ash highlighted the importance of the day calling the nation for following the seerah and teachings of the Chief of Prophets (saww) and his Ahlul Bayt (as).

Majalis & Mawakib mark Rajab 25 in Damascus

DAMASCUS, Syria: Commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Al-Imam Musa bin Jafar Al-Kazim (AS), Majalis-ul-Aza were held and mourning processions were taken forth in the holy city of Damascus which is home to the holy shrine of Sayyed-ul-Awsiya Al-Imam Ali (AS)’s daughter Sayyedah Zainab (SA).
