UN, ICC must implement their manifesto and const: Moosavi

RAWALPINDI, November 4: The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that responsibility of ceaseless colonial oppression and brutality, and all evils reaching high in human societies throughout the world is rested with international devil and rulers and leaders of the world.

He stated this while talking to a delegation of Hay’at Ulama-e-Imamia Chakwal that called on him at the head of Imam Juma Wal-Jamaat Agha Syed Saqlain Haider Al-Haideri here at Tehreek headquarters on Tuesday.

Agha Moosavi said Islam is that great a religion that imposed the obligation of Amar Bil Ma’roof and Nahi Anil Munkir so as to overcome difficulties and to get rid of all types of problems. He said the life of oppressed Kashmiris and Palestinians has been made difficult for long, war is going on throughout Afghanistan and Iraq, and in other words the whole Muslim Ummah was confronted with problems and difficulties the basic reason for which is negation of Ma’roofaat and addition in Munkiraat.

The TNFJ chief said the terrorism is the biggest evil but struggle for achievement of rights and independence is not terrorism but a real life and jihad, because jihad means stopping from committing evil, exercise patience and forbearance, and expressing hatred against oppressors and terrorists.

He said Islam has given the commandment to respect every one and give the due right to the deserving ones. He said some people are propagating that no one is above law in motherland Pakistan, therefore, there should be no one above criticism also. But, he said, giving priority to justice and fair-play and avoiding extremes should be obligatory, that is why giving right to the righteous person is in line with justice.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that had the United Nations got implemented her own Resolutions for giving the right of the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine and had declared attack on Afghanistan and Iraq as aggression then the whole world would have turned into a hub of peace.

He said there is still time for the United Nations and the ICC to implement their manifesto and constitution, bring the chief of the colonial powers i.e. America and her agents to the court and declare them war criminals because they have crossed all limits of oppression and terrorism. By doing so the flag of justice and fair-play could be put atop by stopping oppression and terrorism so as to save the humanity, he added.
