I am amazed at the heart of man: It possesses the substance of wisdom as well as the opposites contrary to it ... for if hope arises in it, it is brought low by covetousness: and if covetousness is aroused in it, greed destroys it. If despair possesses it, self-piety kills it: and if it is seized by anger, this is intensified by rage. Pearls from Panjtanpak (AS)

He bade them beware of leaguing against the rights of his family, but to render them support and obedience, which were so obligatory on them to yield. Imam Mahdi (a.t.f.s.) in the eyes of Hazrat Ali (a.s.)
The discussion of Imam Mahdi (a.t.f.s.) is so critical that most of the important Islamic personalities have made some mention about it in their writings and sermons.
