Imam Ali ibne Musa Ar-Reza (A.S.), the eighth Imam and descendant of Holy Prophet (SAW), was born on Thursday 11th Zee al-Qa'adah 148 A.H. /29 December 765 A.D. in Madinah. The first one is my brother Ali (as) and the last one my son Al-Mahdi (as) who shall fill the world with justice and Jesus, son of Mary, shall say his prayer behind him in the last day. Then he quoted Sura 39 Ayeh 69 and the earth will shine with glory of its Lord. Al Mahdi’s minor occultation (Ghaybat) was from 260 AH to 329 AH and major Ghabat from 329 AH ‘til the Day of Judgment.

Imam Ali-un-Naqi Al-Hadi (A.S.), the tenth holy Imam, was the son of Imam Muhammad Taqi Al-Jawad (A.S.) and Hazrat Samana al-Maghribiya (A.S.). The prophet of Islam had only one daughter, Fatima. She was born at Mecca on Friday 20th jamadiul akhar, about 8 years before hijrah, and martyred in Medina in 11th hijri. Her mother Hazrat Khadija (SA) died when she was a child and the prophet himself brought her up. She was married to Imam Ali (AS) in Medina in 2nd hijri. Her titles are Zahra, Siddiqa, Tahira, Kubra, Razia, Marzia, Batool and Mohaddisa.
